Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 26, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Breadmaxxing (the "Service"), operated by Daniel Gaschka ("we", "us"). By using the Service or purchasing an ad slot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Breadmaxxing lets users purchase time-limited ad slots that display on the homepage, subject to our review and approval.
2. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam.
- Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Submit ads containing illegal content, malware, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, harassment, or other prohibited material.
- Interfere with or probe the Service's security, scrape it, or attempt to reverse engineer it.
3. Ad submissions & review
By submitting an ad you confirm you own or have the necessary rights to the image, link, and any associated content, and grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and display it for the duration of your purchased slot. All ads are subject to human review; we may reject, edit, or revoke any ad at our discretion.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by Daniel Gaschka. You receive only the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms.
5. Payments — Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, or remove an ad, for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
8. Service availability & warranties
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Daniel Gaschka is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
12. Contact
