This Privacy Notice explains how Daniel Gaschka ("we", "us") processes personal data when you use Breadmaxxing (the "Service"). Daniel Gaschka is the data controller for personal data collected through the Service.

- Ad submission data: the image, link URL, and any text you submit when purchasing an ad slot.
- Billing data: name, email, billing address, and payment details — collected and processed by our payment provider, Paddle (see below).
- Usage data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, and basic telemetry, used for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement.
- Support correspondence: any messages you send us.
2. Purposes & legal basis
- To provide and operate the Service (contract performance).
- To process payments, invoices, and tax compliance via Paddle (contract performance / legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and secure the Service (legitimate interests).
- To respond to support requests (legitimate interests / contract performance).
3. Sharing
We share personal data with:
- Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, payments, subscription management, tax, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g. our cloud hosting and database providers) acting as processors on our behalf.
- Authorities where required by law.
4. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, or to resolve disputes. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
